CANCELLATION POLICY
Everyone has a 5min grace period from the start of the appointment. I’ll reach out at the 5min mark to check in, at 10mins past start time, your appointment will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged 50% of the service booked to cover my time and setup. I urge yall to reach out if you’re running late. I can’t accommodate you if I don’t know! If I reach out and you don’t respond/show up, this is considered a no show and I’ll charge 90% of the service booked to cover your missed appointment and will be blocked from booking in the future.
